We are looking to do some house renovations and I think it will simpler to sell all the current inventory, close the store. Then if there is still room afterwards to start up again another time.
Currently the store is still open so the final value number of items, lots and final value may change slightly.

Minifigures are included and lots of minifigure parts are included, see bricklink file for both.
There is around 20kg or unsorted bulk @ £5 per kg = £100, might have some fake LEGO as it is unsorted and might need a clean as not been washed yet.
I do have loads of sealed LEGO sets saved for parting out or investment. I may also be looking to offload those as well to make room but initially it is the LEGO Bricklink store of pieces.
As I may look to reopen the store at a later date I am not selling any drawers or storage at this time unless the buyer is desperate for some. All pieces will be put into separate bags with a note of which drawer / compartment that matches the bricklink file. As this process of bagging everything up will take some time I am looking for a £1k deposit which wouldn't be refunded if you do not go through with the full purchase.
The payment terms for the remaining £2k+ would be on the day of collection. Based near Sevenoaks in Kent.
